Hoje trago-vos uma wokada como chamamos cá em casa, ou em português correto: legumes salteados no wok.
Today I bring you a wok stir-fry veggie recipe.
As wokadas têm fases cá em casa: ou se fazem muito frequentemente ou passam meses que esquecemos de as fazer.
Wok stir-fries have fases here at home: or we do them very frequently or we completely forget them for months on a row.
Desta vez, tínhamos cebolinha e rebentos de feijão mungo. Compramos cogumelos shimeji e claro que tinha de ser uma wokada!
This time we had spring onions and mung bean sprouts. We also bought shimeji mushrooms and of course it had to be a wok stir-fry!
Os ingredientes foram:
dentes de alho laminados
uma cebola picada
cebolinha em rama cortada às rodelas
um brócolo
mistura chinesa (do LIDL que é a que mais gosto)
cogumelos shimeji
rebentos de feijão mungo
azeite para saltear
molho de soja para temperar
fejião vermelho cozido (opcional)
The ingredients were:
laminated garlic cloves
one chopped onion
chopped spring onions
one brocolli
chinese mix (from LIDL which is the one I like best)
shimeji mushrooms
mung bean sprouts
olive oil to stir-fry
soy sauce to season
cooked red beans (optional)
Comecei por laminar alhos, picar uma cebola, cortar a cebolinha com rama. Depois foi a vez do brócolos, onde cortei os floretes em tamanhos pequenos. Cortei as bases dos cogumelos shimeji e separei-os todos um a um.
I started by laminating the garlic, chopping the onion and spring onions. Then I prepared the brocolli, cutting the florets into small sizes. I cut the base of the shimeji mushrooms and separated them one by one.
Depois de ter todos os legumes cortados e preparados, estava na altura na wokada. Coloquei o wok ao lume, com um generosíssimo fio de azeite. Salteei o alho, a cebola e o cebolinho.
After having all my vegetables chopped and prepared, it was time for stri-fry. I put the wok on the heat, with a very generous gollup of olive oil. I stir-fried the garlic and the onions.
I added the brocolli and two tbsp of soy sauce. I strirred the veggies in the olive oil and soy sauce.
Mais receitas culinárias:
Quando o brócolo começou a ficar mais tenro, coloquei a mistura chinesa. Juntei mais azeite e molho de soja e fui salteando. Esmaguei as rodelas grandes de alho francês à medida que iam descongelando no wok.
When thew brocolli became a little tender, I added the chinese mix. I added more olive oil and soy sauce and stirred. I crushed the big leek rings as they thawed in the wok.
Quando a mistura chinesa começou a ficar tenra, juntei os cogumelos. Quando os cogumelos começaram a ficar tenros juntei os rebentos de feijão mungo.
When the chinese mix became tender, I added the mushrooms. When these became tender, in went the sprouts.
Como tínhamos uma taça de feijão cozido no frigorífico, decidimos juntar ao wok para o aquecer. Apesar de não ser propriamente algo que pensávamos adicionar, ligou tão bem com os legumes!
Since we had a bowl of cooked red beans in the fridge, we decided to add these to the wok to heat them. Although this wasn't exactly what we intended to add, it combined so well with the veggies!
