Batido matinal (2)

Nos últimos dias, a manga tem sido a protagonista nos nossos batidos matinais e nos nossos gelados de banana.

Últimamente as nossas manhãs têm começado com um batido de 2 mangas, banana fresca e congelada, mirtilos e morangos congelados e um dedo de gengibre que casa muito bem com a manga.

In the last few days, mangoes have been protagonists in our morning smoothies and in our banana nice creams.

Recently, our mornings have began with a smoothie having 2 mangoes, fresh and frozen banana, frozen blueberries and strawberries and a inch of ginger that marries so well with the mangoes.

Caderninho artesanal

Fiz este caderninho no meu tamanho favorito para cadernos: A6. Usei papel amarelo para as páginas e cartão dourado para a capa.

I made this little notebook in my favorite size for notebooks: A6. I used yellow paper for the pages and golden card for the cover.

A primeira página está colada à capa e é decorada com um motivo impresso.

The first page is glued to the front cover and is embellished with a printable.

A segunda folha é também decorada.
The second sheet is also decorated.

As outras páginas são limpas até chegar ao centro do caderno.
The other pages are clean until reaching the center of the notebook.

As páginas do centro são decoradas e existe uma etiqueta em cartão bege com uma fita dourada.

The center pages are embellished and there is a tag in beige cardboard with a golden ribbon.

As restantes folhas são simples até chegar à penúltima folha que é decorada com uma borboleta imprimida.

The rest of the pages are clean until reaching the second last sheet, which is embellished with a printed butterfly.

A última página está colada à capa e tem um desenho que fiz e pintei com lápis.
The last page is glued to the cover and has a drawing I made and painted with pencils.

Batido matinal

É usual começarmos, o dia cá em casa, com papas de aveia fervidas com banana esmagada e água ou leite vegetal.

It is usual to start the day, here at home, with oatmeal boiled in water or vegetable milk and with a smashed banana.

De vez em quando, faço um batido com banana madura (congelada ou fresca), mirtilos ou morangos congelados, papas de aveias, um punhado de espinafres, 2 quadrados de chocolate de 92% ou 99% (marca Vivani) e um pouco de água ou leite vegetal para bater tudo na minha liquificadora BioChef.

From time to time, I like to make a smoothie with a very ripe banana (frozen or fresh), frozen blueberries or strawberries, oatmeal, a handful of spinach, 2 chocolate squares 92% or 99% (Vivani brand) and a bit of water or vegetable milk to blend everything in my BioChef blender.
