Capa de caderno com borboleta metálica

Este post é sobre reciclar ideias e como às vezes as conjugações mais improváveis acabam por ser fantásticas!

This is a post about recycling ideas and how sometimes the most improbable conjunctions end up being awesome!

Aproveitei a capa de uma agenda até porque a capa é em material robusto e adoro a cor.

I kept a cover from a year planner, especially because it is made from robust material and I love the color.

Tinha um travessão com essa borboleta metálica linda cheia de pedrinhas, mas o travessão partiu. As asas ficaram separadas do tronco central.

I had a hairpin with that lovely metallic butterfly filled with rhinestones, but the hairpin broke. The wings became separated from the middle body.

Para remediar a coisa, colei a borboleta desmembrada num pedaço de feltro branco com cola branca vinílica, tentando colocar a borboleta una outra vez. Fiquei na dúvida se funcionaria. Deixei secar umas belas horas e a borboleta ficou bem agarrada ao feltro.

To try and fix it, I glued the dismembered butterfly to a piece of white felt with vinylic white glue. I didn't know if it was going to work. I let it dry for some hours and the butterfly was well attached to the felt.

Depois foi colá-la na capa da agenda. Tingi o feltro ligeiramente com tinta castanha e um pincel E na minha opinião ficou um mimo ^^

Then I glued it to the cover. I lightly tinted the felt with brown paint and a brush. And in my opinion it's awesome ^^
