Pintura em vidro

Hoje em dia vem tanta coisa falsificada! Acreditem que tenho trabalhos que emoldurei no tempo da Maria Cachuça e estão impecáveis na parte de trás! Mas estas novas molduras, a parte de trás embolora toda depois de um ano!  E já me aconteceu a várias molduras e todas relativamente recentes!

There are so many fake things nowadays! Believe me, I have works that I framed a long, long time ago and they are impeccable on the back! But these new frames, the back is all moldy after a year! And it's happened to me on several frames and they're all relatively recent!

Este foi mais um quadro em que isso aconteceu! A parte de trás de segurar a moldura embolorou toda e estava deteriorada! Não se pode acreditar! Deitei fora a parte de trás e higienizei o vidro e a moldura à volta.

This was yet another frame where this happened! The back of the frame was completely moldy and deteriorated! It's hard to believe! I threw away the back and sanitized the glass and frame around it.

Depois fiquei a olhar para a pobre tristeza eheheh! E aí surgiu a ideia de pintar diretamente no vidro! Quem não tem cão, caça com gato, já diz o ditado!

Then I was staring at the poor sadness heheheh! And then it came to me why not paint directly on the glass! If you don't have a dog, you hunt with a cat, so the saying goes!

Peguei um risco que gostava e com tinta dimensional fiz o traço das flores e folhas. Depois pintei o interior das flores e folhas com tintas acrílicas metálicas de cores prateada e dourada.

I used an image I liked and traced the flowers and leaves with puffy paint. Then I painted the inside of the flowers and leaves with silver and gold metallic acrylic paints.

Para finalizar usei purpurina iridiscente em cola para dar algum brilho, no vidro!

To finish off, I used iridescent glitter glue to give some shine to the glass painting!

E voilá, não falte a imaginação ;) Um quadro de cores outonais!
