Toalha de mesa em croché

Encontrei uma receita de croché para uma linda toalha de mesa aqui:

É uma receita boa para utilizar os restos de linha que tem em casa. Aqui usei linhas nº 12 e nº 10.

Segui a receita adaptando às linhas que tinha em casa.

It's a great pattern for using up scraps of thread we have at home. I used number 10 and 12 threads.

I followed the pattern adapting to the threads I had at home.

Embora não estivesse explícito, numa primeira leitura da receita, pareceu-me estar em termos UK.
Although not explicit, from a first read of the pattern, it seemed to me to be in UK terms.

Encontrei uma incorrecção na volta 12 que penso que deve ser:
fazer mb nas 5 m seguintes, fazer 2 mb na m seguinte e repetir.
I found an inaccuracy in round 12, which I think should be:
*work dc in next 5 dc, 2dc in next dc*

Até à volta 55 segui sempre a receita. Mas dava uma toalha com apenas mais 4 voltas e eu queria uma toalha um pouco maior.
Until round 55, I followed the pattern. But then I had only 4 more rounds and I wanted a tablecloth a little bigger.

A partir daí comecei a ser criativa, que é uma palavras mais bonita que dizer que comecei a inventar!

From there on, I got creative, which is a nicer word than saying I started inventing!

A maioria da vezes eu continuava a fazer o ponto concha intercalado com o ponto V, como estava na receita. Mas de vez em quando ia inventando pelo caminho.

Most of the time, I used the shell stitch interleaved with the V stitch as in the pattern. But from time to time, I just winged it as I worked on the tablecloth.

Mostro aqui detalhes da borda da toalha. Fui usando as linhas de cores marítimas que tinha em casa. Acabei com ponto concha e ponto V com picôs pelo meio.
I show the details on the border of the tablecloth. I used threads of seaside colors I had at home. I ended with a shell stitch and V stitch with picots in the middle.
