Molho de tahini e miso

Uma variação do meu molho de tahini e mostarda:

é este molho com miso. Bem diferente, é um molho que vai bem com legumes assados e refogados.

is this drssing with miso. Quite different, it's a dressing that goes well with roasted veggies and stews.

Utilizo sempre miso de cevada cá em casa. Desta vez juntei a uma colher de sopa bem cheia de tahini, uma colher de sopa bem cheia de miso.

I always use barley miso here at home. This time I added to a heaping tbsp of tahini, a heaping tbsp of miso.

Misturei tudo emulsionando com vinagre de cidra e mexendo com uma vara de arames. Fui juntando as colheres de tahini uma a uma (no total 5 colheres) e fui mexendo com a vara de arames juntando o vinagre à medida que era necessário.

I mixed everything emulsifying with cider vinegar and a wire rod. I added 5 tbps of tahini, one by one, and beat the misture with the wire rod, adding the vinegar as needed.

No fim, adicionei 2 colheres de chá de mostarda em pó e 2 colheres de sopa de azeite e misturei tudo até ficar homogéneo.

In the end, I added 2 tsp of powdered mustard and 2 tbsp of olive oil and I beat everything until homogeneous.

Não é preciso temperar com sal, pois o miso já é salgado.

There is no need to season with salt, since the miso is already salty.

Babete bordado

Bordei este babete para um bebé menino chamado Ary.

I embroidered this bib for a baby boy named Ary.

Com o resto da linha de bordar, fiz um lacinho em croché que costurei no R.

With the leftover embroidery thread, I crocheted a tiny bow that I attached to the R.

Eu mesma fiz o esquema num pedaço de papel quadriculado e depois copiei para o babete.

I did the chart myself on a squared piece of paper and then copied to the bib.

Caderninho

Fiz este caderninho mini. As capas são dois cartões que vinham numa embalagem de meias.

I made this mini notebook. The covers are two cardboard plaques that came in a package of socks.

Pintei as capas com tinta acrílica misturando azul, branco e tinta pérola.

I painted the covers with acrylic paint mixing blue, white and pearlized paint.

Decorei as capas. Recortei à medida 9 folhas quadriculadas e no canto inferior direito da página da frente desenhei um ramo, em cada uma das folhas. Furei o livrinho e uni com fita.

I embellished the covers. I cut to measure 9 sheets of squared paper and on the right bottom corner of the front page I drew a flower or leaf branch, on each sheet. I punched the mini notebook and binded it using ribbon.
